So much selection on dog toys and aquarium equipment! They have the lowest prices I have found online anywhere! Very friendly customer service reps that REALLY help and don't stop until you get what you want. This is my 6th purchase from petmountain and I love it! They even track your package for you and tell you everything you need to know. AND the free shipping over 150 saves me sooo much I have a 100 gal tank and three rambunctious labrador retrievers so I am always placing new orders and it saves me a lot. Also the coupons on the mailers always save me more so I can get my "babies" what they need! They even helped me out when I had a lost package. They contacted me and gave me advice on what to do before they did a lost package with the carrier and were really eager to help after I called back and said I still had not ound it. After that they went and sent me replacements free of charge and didn't even try to haggle or bs me about anything like some other online stores. Also it just so happened that the carrier people found it and sent me the original package and when I called petmountain they scheduled a pick up for the and it didn't cost a thing! I love this company and they have never let me down and I doubt that they ever will! Everytime I need any of their products they always help me out!!! Their product knowledge is also VERY helpful becuase I am new to the aquarium secene and they TOTALLY know what they are talking about and they don't hesitate to let you know whats what about the products you are purchasing. If you don't really need something they don't let you waste your money they put you in the right direction and tell you what you really need. They are soo helpful and they don't mind that  I call in for help as much as I do . :) They even know me by name now and always sound excited to hear me and always know what I am looking for.
