the problems i have had with poolproducts is every time we ordered a product was they always were on back order and we had to wait 1 to 3 weeks for order to be shiped ! Gary

I had a good experience with Pool Products. Their prices were lower than the competition and the service was excellent. The only problem I encountered was that the filters I ordered were backordered. However they did let me know that they were backordered and in a follow up phone call to them, they gave me an expected time that the order would be filled and it was filled at almost exactly the time they stated. I will definately order from them again.

It's nice to have "free shipping" but the thorn in my side is, It's not really free because they tack on handeling charges. It just doesn't make sence so why do it? Other than that everything else was fine.

plenty of contact prior to purchase. filters were a great price. water wand was not as expected and I feal should not be a product carried. did not do as good as water hose nozzel. great place to shop. return policy should be better, not worth sending back. hopefully can get $ for not too good product (water wand).

when I called in about my order the man told me it would be 3-5 days for my pool liner. when I got on line it said it would be there the next business day .It showed up at 7:00pm.I had waited all day as the system showed it on the truck at 7:30 in the morning. I had called in to ask where it was an the man keep telling me he did not know that it was on a truck and if I did not get it to call back .He as realy nice . I dont have time ot wait all day .But it did show up finly that night. Why did the first man tell me it would be a 3-5 days.As your site said 1 day in most cases.

I was told that my product had shipped. When it did not arrive within 5-7 business days, I contacted the company. They said that not only had the earlier email been in error, my cover would not be shipped for another MONTH! I have discarded my old cover and the hot tub is now a hazard to my family. I would most definitely not recommend this company.

Prices were fine. Shipping was fast. But I have two concerns, one of which will keep me from shopping there in the future. 1) Received the shipping confirmation that says package will arrive in 3-5 business days yet it made it there in one. Fast shipping is great except it leads into my concern #2. 2) They ship items without requiring any sort of signature at time of delivery. Had I known this up front I would not have completed the order. I don't like the idea of $500 worth of stuff being delivered if someone is not home to receive it.

The item took longer than expected ordered it on 11/4/07 and received it on 12/12/07, was supposed to be 3 - 4 weeks for delivary. When it did come the delivery company, Yellow Freight, worked with us to deliver the Spa Cover when we were able to be home to receive it.

Very happy with my experience on this site. Product was far more expensive IN THE POOL STORE that I normally go to. I saved $30 by purchasing online (almost $40 if you don't include shipping rates). I would buy from them again and also refer my friends. Thank you.
