I placed my order on line and never received a conformation email. Therefore, I ordered my products again 2 days later. I did get a conformation email that time. So, I made a phone call to cancel one of the orders. Half of the canceled order still shipped out. I beleive it all could have been stopped. I have returned the merchandise. Now, I'm just waiting to see if my account gets the right adjustment.

I ordered this three weeks ago and have not yet received it. I called to inquire about it and was told that it was to be shipped five days ago, and it has yet to be delivered. I am disappointed with this service, although in the past have had good experience with this company. I will remember this when I need to order more pool products.

best price on the web. they drop ship from manufacturer to keep cost down. no one even came close to their price, I tried a couple then placed a tripple order.....

i bought several things. i was satisfied with the pool cover and pool fountain. Just the wall brush description wasn't clear on what type of pool it could be used on. Didn't know until I received the brush and saw the sticker on the brush that I realized I wouldn't be able to use it on my pool. Haven't put the pool cover on yet however it seems to be quite nice. Much thicker than the one I purchased from another company last year that already had to be replaced. Hoping to get years out of this one.

I purchased two items on Aug. 14, 2007, I received the water tubes the next day. On Aug 27 th I called to enquire about the pool cover and was told that it was shipping that day and I would receive it either on that Tuesday or Wednesday. That was 8 days ago and no pool cover. I called again today and was told that I had to call again tomorrow. Based on the water tubes I would order from this company again, based on the pool cover, unless I am given a good reason for delay, I wouldn't order from this company again.

I called and talked to someone to find out how long it would take to get the pool liner delivered - they gave me a typical time frame and said it could be a day or two earlier - it arrived the first day I was expecting to see it. Multiple shipments were required for my order and the tracking info they provided was very helpful. Good prices, good service, I will be using them again.

The product was needed immediately and when ordered initially there was no notification that it must be backordered. It took from June 11 to June 18 to receive the part and that is unacceptable.
