My experience with Primestyle.com was excellent to say the least. My husband and I had been engaged for four years and while planning the wedding he wanted to surprise me with a new bridal set since the matching band to my original engagment ring had gotten lost. I searched local shops and marjor brand stores but didn't find anything I liked within our price range. I then turned to the internet to look at some options and found Primestyle.com. I thought it was to good to be true but it wasn't. It was even better. The original ring I ordered was exactly how it was described but not what I had envisioned so I called the customer service center to explain my situation in hopes to exchange the ring for a different one. Even though it was a few days past the two week period, they not only allowed me to exchange the ring but were exteremly curtious, friendly, and helpful during the entire process. The second ring I recieved was absoultly perfect. The customer service individuals are just as out standing as the prices at Primestyle.com. They had better customer service than some of the local jewlery stores in my area. I will absolutly be shopping with them again.
