I was very satisfied with the excellent speed my order was processed. I loved the free shipping offer and I received the product overnight from the time I got confirmation. How can you beat that! However, packing could have been better. Apparently, something fell on the package during transit (UPS' fault I guess) and it dented the package all the way to the camera box. I don't mind the camera box looking beat up since it's not meant to be a gift this time but I worry about the damage it might have done to the camera internally. The camera looked very good and seems to be working fine and I am still getting acquainted with all the functions of the camera. I suggest that the packages should be packed with "air pillows" and not a handful of styrofoam popcorn in case accidents like this happen during transit. I'm really disappointed with the UPS handling this time. I have never had this experience before of receiving a "damaged" (dented) package that was just left at my front door.
I would definitely order another camera in the future from Profeel Inc. if the price is right. I think I really got a good deal on my Panasonic Lumix TZ3 and with their free shipping offer, I think I got an even better deal. I am always hesitant to try a new online store but in this case I was pleasantly surprised at the service and speed I received from Profeel Inc.
