Shopping at QVC is a very positive and a pleasant experience. Most of the time I have been very happy, but some times the items don't look as good in person as they do on TV, so therefore they get sent back.

Every contact is pleasant and prompt. It's always, "How can we help you?" I absolutely recommend this company. They do more than they say they will do. I lost one earring once. It was replaced free...completely free..no shipping charges. I had only requested to purchase a single replacement.

Purchase actually arrived sooner than expected. I've found that QVC ships purchases almost as soon as the order is received. Quality, Value, and, Convenience - QVC makes shoppping via phone or Internet easy and a pleasant experience.

QVC is a good merchant to do business with as I have been dealing with them for 14 years. However, I do feel that the quality of their "Today's Special Values" have decreased in value. Many of those products seem to be "national launches" and the kinks in those products have not been worked out. Also, in making returns to QVC, if you live on the west coast and need to ship the item back to the east coast (5 shipping zones), postal cost are quite expensive.

I usually shop on-line. I usually receive the materials ordered before the expected date or on-time. I have dealt with customer service via e-mail and on the telephone because of an error on my part- they were extremely courteous and told me how to order correctly - excellent. I receive an e-mail saying the order has been received, another when it ships with expected delivery date. Excellent- I sent one order back because of an error on my part- I received an e-mail saying they received it and my refund credit was applied to my account.
