My only comment is you might consider putting a statement in the shipping cost area reminding customers that customs duty may apply if purchase is made from outside the United States.

i *think* the faceplate on the battery was installed upside down which caused me to insert the battery incorrectly and get it jammed. it was extremely difficult to remove and broke the plastic casing, but all was well after extracting the battery and inserting it in the proper orientation. there is always the possibility that 'm just stupid and put it in upside down but the faceplate popped off during extraction efforts and i can't prove it one oay or the other.

Do not buy from this store unless you are 200% sure the product will work with your peripheral! The product they sent me was defective and I wasn't refunded for S&H and charged a restocking fee for a DEFECTIVE product! I bought the adapter for 31+7S&H. By the time I was done with this whole thing, I was out an adapter PLUS an extra $22. I was only refunded a mere $15 out of $38 for my troubles.

For Dell users, please purchase from Dell - it's worth the money and saves you all the trouble.

sent the wrong power cord with the charging unit - a 3 prong cord in place of a two prong cord. I emailed via the web site to make a complaint, and they took a day to respond. Supposedly sent the correct cord, but I have not received it in 5 days.
