SBH was very helpful and always answered when I called. There was a little problem with my billing address but we called them on 3 way and that got handled. For some reason, not any fault of SBH, my card got charged 3 times with the address problem but was taken care of. Shipping was lightning fast I got the next day air and I asked if it was for sure going to be there and in fact I ordered it Wed evening, after they had already closed so the order didn't get processed until Thursday morning, called them Thursday morning to confirm the order and they assured me it would be there Friday. Which it was received Friday at approx 11:45am. So less than 24 hours later I got my order. As far as what everyone has said about their attitudes and customer service.....the service was great as far as their attitudes they are from NY. I have family from NY and they act the same way. Its just a NY thing they are not getting attitudes its just the way New Yorkers are and if your not used to it you think they have an attitude with you.

Hands down overall I will shop there again. I bought a Kenwood DNX8120 for a lot less than what everyone else had them listed for. The deck was solid and works perfect. Will do business again.
