Two items I ordered were not packaged--just loose in the box (incontinence briefs). I had to return them as they appeared too small. The instructions stated items could not be returned once opened, but since these had not been packaged, I returned them anyway. I hope they accept them.

It took me hours and hours and many times to place my order. They wouldn't accept my Visa. Finally they accepted it with the same information I had been giving them. The product and shippping was fine except I received a double order which was OK because I will use it all in time. Website was great and ordering easy. Unfortunately it accepted my order for a Packtite even though the shipping destination was Canada then promptly cancelled the same order within minutes. Good explanation when I called to inquire why order was cancelled (not authorized to sell this product in Canada) but it shouldn't have allowed it in the first place! My cc was charged and then credited the same day but there was a net cost to me of some $20 CDN presumably because of transaction or foreign exchange fees.

I found what I needed easily. The size charts were helpful. I am pleased with the products and will continue to order from NorthShore. As far as shipping, the delivery date was changed and it came a day later than I had originally expected. This was fine, but I was in a hurry to get diapers. (I was running out at home.) Though, I am not complaining. It was delivered timely.

I ordered and received 3 containers of odor eliminator. The ordering process was easy and my order was received in record time. My only complaint would be that one of the containers was not properly sealed and some of the product had leaked. No complaint was filed as it was such a nominal amount of loss.
