Sephora.com is one of my favorite websites to visit because I know that every product they carry is the newest and greatest of it's kind. It's very easy to navigate and find whatever you're looking for. And even if you don't know what you're looking for, they have a product or some kind of tip or advice for just about any unique situation. There's also pages for individual brands that they sell which I use a lot to look at the brands that I've liked the best. But by far the BEST thing about sephora.com(and the stores too) is their awesome customer service. Since a lot of the products they sell are highend and a little pricey(but worth it), I'm usually a little hesitant to just buy whatever I see first. Any time I have any questions at all I email their customer service and usually in a day and a half or so I get a personal response that always helps. All of their customer service reps know their products and love to help - I've also found that they're very honest and wont just persuade you to buy the most expensive thing possible. If you're looking for quality beauty products and really great customer service Sephora.com is great!! Especially because the website offers things that aren't available in stores.
