Received no confirming e-mail of the purchase. Had no knowledge the order had been accepted. In the interim, found the same boots through Amazon.com for $30 cheaper and received them with free shipping in three days. When boots arrived a week later from Shoe Mall, I returned them.

I love the shoes, but they took so long to get here that I wasn't able to wear them with the suit I bought them for at my conference. I was so dissappointed. I ordered on Jan. 31 and they did not arrive until Feb. 13. I needed them on Feb. 9. Your order number is: 21325407.

I've shopped at ShoeMall before and it has always delivered what I have ordered. This time was no exception, the shoes arrive just fine. However, this time I used live, online customer service to help me locate 4E men's shoes. The customer service rep was going to send me a link to the shoes I was looking for via email, she didn't do as I requested. The link she sent me was to the main site which of course I already had. Other than that, it was a positive shopping experience.

I enjoyed my shopping experience w/ ShoeMall. I am a shoe-shopping-aholic and shop Zappos often for hard to find shoe sizes. I found that you have more sales on shoes that I would normally purchase on Zappos, but that are hardly ever on sale. You also offer free shipping which is another reason that I shop w/ Zappos. From now on I'll be checking your website before I make a purchase w/ Zappos. Thanks for giving me an alternative.

I liked my gloves although is the biggest size and doesn't fit perfectly on my hands...But one thing got me frustraded: when I opened the package the buttom of the glove felt... I prefer to fix it by myself to do not be without the gloves so long... I'll fix it. It'll be easier than exchange it. I called to check on my order and was told that I should wait until Monday to file a complaint. I ordered from you before and was able to track my order via UPS. I think this time you used USPS. It's very difficult for me to find shoes since I am a 9.5S. ShoeMall offers a great selection for me to choose from. Since I'm retired my needs for shoes have changed from dress shoes to casual shoes and I find that ShoeMall offers a greater choice for me in my size.
