I ordered an Enermax EG495P 485W power supply that they listed as 495W. I placed my order on Monday the 10th, order didn't show up in my account on their site until Tuesday afternoon, but the CC was charged and there's no email updates from them. So I emailed them about my order status and when will it be shipped. I did not get a response until Thursday and the message said, "please allow up to 48hrs before we get back to you." But when I checked my account it showed the order was shipped so I email them and asked for a tracking#, all I got was the same automated email with the same message. On Friday the order finally came but it was poorly packaged in a DVD-R box(what the hell?)and there was no paddings!?!? One corner of the box was dropped on and my power supply was sitting in that corner. I called their customer service line at 5:04PM and there was no one but their answering machine which told me their representatives are unavailable... so I went ahead with the installation and guess what? It popped in my system after about 30~40min or so, luckily it didn't damage anything. Then, I gone through hell and finally got an RMA# after about one week! It's been 3 days since UPS delivered the return package but I haven't heard from Shop4Tech yet. Will I get my full refund? I kinda doubt it.
