My only complaint is that I am not absolutely sure I received the Ridata DVD's that I ordered. They are not branded like they have been other times when I purchased the ridata R type from other merchants like Meritline and Americal. (I have used them and they work I did have a fair amount of bad disks which makes me wonder too if they are really ridata's but I cannot prove they are not either.) I wish they would have been labeled it in some way. (They also should consider how they are packing some things my DVD movie boxes came in a box that was badly dented but it appears that they are all in good shape and is the most important thing. It could have been bad news.) I might shop there again. I might not. If the price was right most likely.

Experience good. Still debating quality of CDs as many seem not to work in computer. Some were even broken. Bonus gift with order was a nice touch. Speedy delivery was great.

IPod cover not received with rest of order. Called support; put on hold for 10 minutes; hung up and recalled; finally told it was on backorder. Shipping receipt did not indicate backorder status or anything else. Item still not received after almost a month, but they did manage to bill it to my credit card. Other items on order took about two weeks to receive.

I ordered DVD-RW blank DVD 50 count. According to my dvd recorder I’m supposed to use DVD-RW. These should have worked, but they didn’t. Customer service said a tech person would get back to me about why they did not work, but no one did. I would order again if I had some assurance that the product would work. James Soares

Website was well organized, pricing was reasonable or better, order placement was fairly simple and went smoothly, email followup was informative, and shipping information was comprehensive and complete. Order was received 1 day after expected (a not too rare occurance out here in the boonies), and item was packed well and received in good condition. The DVD burner worked upon powerup and has worked flawlessly since installation. Overall, I am well satisfied with Shop4Tech as a parts source and will certainly use them again in the future.
