I have shopped Soft Surroundings Online Store for a few years and have found it to be essential for petite clothing. They have a large, quality selection for xs petites. Clothing fit is described as whether "oversized", "regular", and so on which helps tremendously in size ordering. I have also purchased other items from Soft Surroundings. Yesterday I purchased some make-up from them then was surprised to find that the e-mail order conformation (which arrived immediately) stated that the item would not be shipped for several weeks. I phoned immediately. The lady at customer service was very polite, explaining to me that it shows up when you are ordering whether the products are in stock or, if not, what the date of shipping will be. After thanking her, I went back and checked. Sure enough, when you order, it does come up whether an item is in-stock and/or what the expected shipping date would be. Hence, if one is ordering a summer item and it is not in stock, you can always change your mind. Thankfully, this had never happened before. While shopping for some summer nightwear, I also found some sweaters on sale. Easy to order, exchange/return items, and to track online. I never e-mail - always phone with questions. They are courteous, helpful and quite easy to talk to. In years, I have never had a problem. Love this site.
