Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to wait decades for your order. My orders shipped on Nov 8 and I am still waiting on Dec 1st. Now they tell me it won't be here until Dec 13th. And had the nerve in the same email to remind me that shipping takes 21 business days. Can they count? I'm close to that now and by the 13th it will be over a month!!! Do they think I can't count? Apparently they can't. This stuff sits around at various points in the country for nearly a week sometimes. Its insane. Plus they charged me two separate shipping charges as one was from the outlet and one from the regular store. That was fine until I found out that they are on the SAME manifest and are being shipped together. They deny it, but its written in black and white as plain as day. Same manifest number, same dates, double shipping charges. I wish I had read the reviews here first before ordering. And how did they get away with rating themselves with a 5-star rating??? They wrote under the guise of thanking the other reviewers, but were merely padding their low rating. Pretty transparent. Customer service is a joke. They sent me a $20 coupon for the inconvenience to use on my next order. Why would I want to put myself through this again? Stay away from this company unless you simply could care less about ever receiving your order.
