I am sorry to hear that anyone has gone through all of this trouble with returns and exchanges - but I was happy to have the size issue confirmed by someone else! I have always noticed this to be an issue with their stuff. The tops run HUGE. I'm talking I'm a DD cup and usually the mediums are too big! Then, on the other hand, the bottoms (shirts, pants, anything, doesn't matter) are TINY. I generally wear an 8 on the bottom, maybe a 6 on a good day, and their "6/8" bottoms wouldn't even zip all the way up. I was perplexed and tried on a "10/12" which was still snug enough to be quite uncomfortable!

I can only recall ordering online from them once and I don't seem to remember any issues - I guess I was very lucky. I was also lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time as their first retail store opened in St. Louis. I went to college there and visit the city frequently. I have to admit, the store is unlike any other and in a good way - it's almost an ethereal atmosphere - and the salespeople were mostly really helpful, yet not pesky.

After reading these reviews, I'm so glad that I've most of my purchases at the store after trying them on! I still have to wonder though why I usually need a small or even XS in their tops and a "14/16" in their bottoms??? I thank you all as I was about to place an online order - but I think I'll wait and go to the store and see how things size up first!!!

If you really love their stuff and are interested in ever getting more, I guess for those who aren't in proximity to their 2 retail locations (which would be the majority!), if you can do it, it's probably a good idea to order several sizes and send back what doesn't fit (and send it through a TRACKABLE service). I would recommend ordering tops one and/or two sizes down from your usual size and bottoms one and/or two sizes up from your usual. Anyhow, good luck to all!
