The stand was missing a screw to attach the handle. My husband sent an e-mail but never heard back. He just went out and bought one so we could finish the assembly. The stand itself is great.

The product I ordered had a defective peice and did not go together properly. I contacted a customer service rep and she was very pleasant but directed me to contact the manufacture directly. I was not pleased about that because I felt that since I brought the product through Stands and Mounts they should of represented me regarding the problem. The manufacture was not the most pleasant people to deal with and it took several calls to get the problem resolved.

It turns out the customer service manager who handled my call, supposebly owns Stands and Mounts - if so, she definately needs some lessons in customer service. She was highly rude and offensive and acted like she couldn't be bothered. Based on my experience with her, I won't be buying from Stands and Mounts ever again. She convinced me its way too risky and you can't get quality service if there is a problem - like the one I had.

Ordered a BDI TV Stand from David just two days ago.
The stand was shipped Fedex and arrived today in perfect condition !! WOW !! This is excellent service, and the price was great too ! What more could you ask for ?
There are plenty of online stores that are truly sub-standard with terrible service.

StandsandMounts.com did a great job and offered a great price. But, be advised that the Lovan Affiniti Pro 5 is badly packaged. Both the orginal stand and the second stand were damaged in exactly the same way. I had to combined the parts of both stands just to get one to work. Regards, Kevin

***To start off they had a price match promotion. Not only did they beat the price they beat it by $10 WITH free shipping and handling!!*** I ordered an Azura NYC Ready to Live New Tech TV Base (Biscotti and Ivory) 411300 back on 2/16/07. Keep in mind I knew the item wasn't in stock when I ordered it so no biggie. This particular item was being drop shipped from Canada so you have to factor customs into the equation. Well it shipped on 2/28 and I am receiving it tomorrow 3/9 so about a week turnaround works for me. However being the geek that I am I constantly e-mailed customer service. My inquires were answered by Joyce and she patiently answered all my e-mails, questions, etc. Although I haven't received the item yet as long as UPS does there thing I have nothing but good things to say about standsandmounts.com. Other "businesses" that sell Azura online seem shady with weird shipping rules and their websites are sucky. These people are the real deal! **got the item in great shape!!!**

Shipment took longer to arrive than anticipated. Did not realize it was coming from Canada. They gave a tracking number that was not available from UPS until approx a week later...just to get status. Had to email Stands & Mounts to see what the problem was....that's when I found out it was coming from Canada.
