I purchased the sunglasses online and received an email that they had been shipped. The delivery date came but my glasses didn't. I called and was informed that the glasses were on backorder and SI did not know when they would be available. Instead of receiving an email stating that my glasses had been shipped, I should have been contacted by phone or email stating that the glasses were on backorder and not available at this time.

I'm very dissapionted in this order. I waited about three weeks and still had no response from the company explaining where my order was. I had to contact the surplier and find out that it was back ordered when on my slip it clearing reads in stock, plus it says no shipping on orders above $75 but I was billed $18.99 for my order? Plus I was told it would arrive in mid April. I placed this order in the first of March.

I did everything you asked for. I placed my order, receieved an electronic confirmation.
I waited several days and wondered what had happened to my order. I checked my staus and saw that my order had been canncelled and archived. I sent you an e-mail asking for an explanation. I never got an answer and finally placed my order with Amazon.com successfully.
I guess that was the first, the only and the last time I shopped with Sunglasses Internationale.

I ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses, received a pair with defective lens, returned glasses. Delivery was confirmed on a Tuesday. I called customer service & they stated they do not process returns until Friday. Waited another week and called - the lines were both disconnected! Received no response to email. Had to call my credit card company & dispute the charge!
Unknown if this is related but this was a new credit card only used at 3 places & one was this merchant. My credit card number was stolen and numerous fraudulent charges were made on the card. Buyer Beware!!!!! |

Manufacturer was backordered on this product and I knew it upon ordering. Sunglasses Int. had the product to me in a week. When I have ordered products from other merchants that were on backorder, I did not find out about this until after the order was placed and I received the merchandise almost 3 weeks or more later. Sunglasses Int. expedited my order very professionally.

I ordered two pair of sunglasses, on consecutive weeks. The first pair arrived a day late-no big deal. However the second pair never shipped, even though I had received an email indicating that they had. Almost two weeks later, I called the store, where the manager gave me an attitude because he wasn't in stock and then didn't believe me when I said they had sent the email. I had paid for 2nd day shipping, which was at that time pointless. He wouldn't even upgrade it to next day air for the same price, and they still had no idea when they would receive the order and ship it. So, I cancelled the order and got them at opticsplanet.com, they arrived right on time and cost the same amount.

I ordered these sunglasses for my husband for Valentine's Day and they were supposed to arrive that day. here i am 10 days after the delivery date and still have not received my glasses. I called today about the whereabouts of my glasses and they said, "Oh, those were not in stock so I had to order them. Yah, they should be here tomorrow and then they will be shipped out to you. Usually we send out emails when we have to order a product. Sorry about that." I never got an email or call about the delay, which would have been okay had I know what was going on. Very disappointed!!

HORRIBLE service! I am EXTREMELY unhappy about my purchase with Sunglasses Internationale. I placed an order for lenses on Dec 14, and the product was listed as available. I paid for FedEx 2-day delivery, but the product didn't arrived until Dec 22 after I had purchased lenses from a local retailer. I sent numerous emails and placed many calls to customer service and never received a response. I emailed them in January to request an RMA# to return the lenses and have not heard back.
