As always, it was a pleasant experience. Part of the order was slightly slower than usual so I called to see if there had been an error. The customer service rep was diligent in finding the problem - the toner color was back ordered at that warehouse and so it had to be forwarded to another warehouse and shipped from there - and the delay was explained. I received the toner the following day. I was down for a minimum of time. Super Warehouse is an excellent supply source and I will continue to do business with them.

I am a deployed soldier serving in Afghanistan and i cancelled the purchase because the shipping cost were 7 dollars more then the product. We have APO's and everybody else I have done business with could ship it free or at a minimal cost since I am a deployed. thanks for letting me take this survey your site has a long way to go in supporting us and most of it is just a little paperwork to get online with the mailing system to deployed service men and women. The product arrived in good condition, but somehow you messed up on the address. If you will look at the original order you will see that it was to be shipped to KC and billed to Pittsburg, Missouri. The only reason it was received was that the FedEx guy called to get clarification of the address. Fortunate for us but my staff does not have the product.

Last week we tried to pay some merchandise with our credit card as we are accustomed to, but the representant of customer service notified us that because the card was issued outside the States, the company can´t accept the payment with it. They suggested to pay with an wire transfer. Then, we explained as follows: For the second time, you are asking for a payment with a wire transfer instead of accept our credit card. That procedure is little inconvenient for us, because we need to wait until Finance Dept. prepare and programme the wire transfer. Besides, our bank account is on Switzerland, what means that the funds will be available in your account at least one day later and that we will pay for bank charges, too. All of this, means to receive the merchandise late. If there another way to proceed, as an open credit or any other, please be kind to let us know. Consider that we are a frequent customer of your business. Then they told us to pay via Paypal and give us an e-mail address that we tried to contact twice without any result. After this, we just ask to cancel the order.

I did not like the fact that they did not let me know when the items that I ordered had been shipped and when to expect them. When I emailed them as to when I could expect to receive them, they replied that they would let me know when they would be shipped and this did not happen. They could do better in this department. I'm expecting to purchase a color laser printer from them but this is making me re-think about doing this. It would be nice to at least get a guesstimate on when an order could arrive.

The shipping of the product was timely. I received no definitive answer to a question I asked Super Warehouse about the availability of the product. All I got was an evasive, canned response. The web site said the product was in stock and I wanted to confirm that with someone from the merchant. I have ordered items on the web before that indicated availability, only to wait and find out they didn't have it in stock. (Not Super Warehouse) I didn't want to repeat this situation, so I e-mailed and asked a few specific questions regarding the monitor's availability. I was sent a reply that only answered one of the questions posed, ignoring the question of availability. I was not sure the item was in stock until I received a shipping confirmation e-mail. Since I work in internet sales, I find the inability to answer a simple, direct question very poor customer service. I would shop with them again, but I now know better than to expect an answer to any post sales questions that might be posed. Any future orders would have the questions answered before the sale or there would be no sale.

After ordering the bulb and receiving the next day, we found out the projector was broken and did not need the bulb. So I called them back up to find out about their return policy and they were more then willing to accept the bulb for return.
