My items came on time but one was broken. I emailed them to find out how I send it back and get a new one but they did not respond. We are leaving for a 3 week vacation and I asked for them to send a new one when I get back but they have not responded to that either. My purchase was a gift for my sister. Everything was received in good condition. She was able to exchange one of the pieces at her local Sur La Table store for another color. (It was a free piece of bakeware. We had not been able to designate the color she wanted when I ordered it, but she had no problem exchanging it after she got it.) She is very happy with everything, and now I'm thinking about ordering it for me also.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered the mixer online over the weekend, and my credit card was declined for some unknown reason. I had to call customer service.
