Sur La Table

The order was placed quickly. The only complaint I have is that one of the placemats had a small bit of damage to it but not enough for me to send it back. Since these are woven placemats, one area of the weave was out of whack, so to speak, and not even. I am too busy to send it back. Otherwise, it was a good experience and would try them again.

Both in store and online, we have had good experiences shopping at Sur La Table. Just once we had a problem with getting a pitcher to match some margarita glasses that were shown together in a sale catalog. However, that problem happened a long time ago.

I have used SurLaTable many times and have always been satisfied. The one exception, and this isn't really a complaint, is that they gave me a coupon for free knife sharpening for shopping with them - HOWEVER, I live in SC and they are in OR, so there isn't any way I could use the free gift.
