I've been with Swanson for years. I'm a VERY satisfied returning customer, from Israel. They are one of the first on-line "shops" who both put on their site an excellent, detailed, extensive and clear database of all the products, links to reviews, research news and many more things that now look like the standard, but they were there a long time before it became what it is now, and all that with a very clear and loudly and proudly stated statement that drastically distinct them from most "big" corporates. Big as they are, they stick to the policy: "Because we can" is no way to go. I am not only full of Swanson's products, but am also full of appreciation and respect for them as people first and a honest business right after that. They have added to their inventory, which makes it easier to get what I need from one, reliable source.The one aspect of our dealings is probably unavoidable, in that it seems that I place an order, often fairly large, and the next day or so has Swanson offering a discount on orders, between certain dates. My order, having already been made and processed, misses those savings. Otherwise, I am pleased with the relationship
