Sometimes, customers have the opportunity to express their dissatisfaction on their shopping experiences but rarely do you see publications where a customer have opportunities to express their good experiences.
I have a Friedrich C90B Air Purifier in my home and the unit has worked wonders for the past seven months for me and my family. In the process of moving the air purifier from our upstairs area to the living room area, the unit was dropped down the stairs, puncturing a hole in the grill of the unit. The unit still functioned properly but the cosmetic damage to the unit was visible and not very attractive.
We began our search via the internet to look for a grill for the Friedrich unit. We didn't want to spend unnecessary money for a new unit when we only needed a grill. My daughter found only one company that had the grill available, Sylvane, Inc. We immediately called them and got detailed information about what they had available. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that we had. It was nice to speak with someone 'live.
I was able to place an order for a grill for the Friedrich C90B unit with ease. We received an email confirmation via email within minutes of placing the order and guaranteed that the grill would arrive to our home before out guest arrived for the Christmas holidays. The grill came within tow business days as promised and it was easy to remove the old grill and replace the new grill.
