I purchased I ring from szuls a custom ring based on a ring they already have, just a differnt metal . And after waiting nearly 2 months they contacted me, they had a good price for what I wanted. But they never contacted me by email or fax as I reqeusted only by phone which I'm never around to answer. They sent me the wrong size I ordered 7.5 they sent me 8., I've treid many times to contact them by faxing, emailing, and even mailing a letter certifide letter. I get email messages back saying they deleted my emails with out reading them.
Though I'm sure this company is good and there selection great, but they don't seem to care about there customers at all.
I cann't recomend this company at all. Maybe if I had the time and money to stay home from work to phone them during every step of the process it would have gone smothly, but I work the same hours they are open.
