I will never order from this company again! Not only was the racquet I ordered back-ordered from the manufacturer (which was not on their site). I paid for 3 day select shipping and my package was shipped ground and took over a week to get to me (when I got fed up and went to the FedEx Ground office in Pflugerville to get it). Then when I got the package, I discovered that I had not received over half of my order. When I called to complain about the shipping and the contents of the order the Customer Service Rep. hung up on me when I asked for credit back. I called immediately back and was hung up on again before I could request an email receipt. I had to call back again and request the owner. This whole experience was a pain.
