I had no clue what I was doing in purchasing a cigar. I went entirely by the name and description and it was a winner. I definitely would shop here again!

I ordered cigars that were shown as in stock but ended up as back ordered. It has now been 6 days. When they come in it will be another 5 days for shipping. This is unacceptable. I never would have ordered that particular cigar and/or from this particular vendor. Other well known vendors show the item as out of stock. After all, this is the computer age and things can be adjusted quickly. I feel taken advantage of. No one answers the phone.

The website was not real organized. The ordering process was not to bad, but then the shipping was incredibly expensive and very slow. The costumer service was not good. I called several times throughout the day numerous days, and I got a recording each time. I left a message once and got no reply. I also, tried e-mail and got no reply, then finally after a long wait my product arrived. After that, I am still not real satisfied with my product. I will think seriously before ordering from them again.

Have received excellent service ech time I have shopped here. I have just one observation to make, however. The merchant web site, though comprehensive,would be better if it provided simpler advice on shipping addresses. I had to email the company to ask fot clarification. I'm happy to say that I received an immediate response and was happy to continue with my order. In different circumstances, someone who had not shopped with Cigar Hut before might not have chosen to contact the company and might have decided to take their custom elsewhere. Apart from that I am entirely happy with the service I have been provided.

These cigars are far from quality. I found them to overly flavored and infected some of my good smokes in my humidor with the odor. They are not what I expected. I have smoked flavored before and these are overwhelming. I would like to return them, but it would be more of a hasstle than they are worth. I believe the trash can is the best bet. Other than that I have been happy with everythig else. Clint

I was never informed of the status of my order until I wrote a bad testimony on their website. They had already debited my credit card,then informed me my order had been placed on backorder. I will never try to order from Cigar Hut again!!

This has been the best experience buying cigars online. Being able to select a mild or medium or strong cigar is a definite plus. Many vendors do not even list whether the cigar is mild or strong. My recent purchase from another vendor resulted in my returning most of the order. When I called, they told me another cigar was milder so I purchased them but they were not as good as the Don Raphael.
