I am with the other reviewers - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They state in the ordering process that you will not be billed until your order ships, but THEY BILL YOU IMMEDIATELY. I made several phone calls to check on the status of my order, always told will ship in 2 weeks. Finally sent an email nearly 2 months after original order was placed, and immediately got an email (NOT a reply) stating that my last two items were discontinued. The email said nothing about a refund. So, I called, asked about my order, expressed my frustration, and then said, 'well, I was never billed for those items because they didn't ship, right?'. Response: 'Oh, you were billed for those on the day of the order, but your refund process has been started with our 'accounting department'. 74 days later, no refund. I called and demanded my refund be issued that day. They said sorry, 2-3 more weeks before we will know the status. I called my credit card right away and I am in the process of trying to get my refund that way. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO REPORT THIS COMPANY - PLEASE POST IT HERE - THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

UPDATE: AFTER SIFTING THROUGH COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ON THIS AND OTHER WEBSITES, I HAVE CONTACTED THE OHIO BBB. To do this, go to http://www.bbb.org. Put in their zip code on the home page (so it will go to the Ohio bbb and not your local bbb) which is 44870. Then, once on the bbb website, look to the right for the 'bbb for CONSUMERS' section, and click on 'file a complaint'. you will be walked through the rest of the process. They are AKA 'Decorate with Style' and the address is 2419 East Perkins Ave, Sandusky, Oh 44870.
PLEASE, ANYONE WHO HAS HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS, TAKE A MINUTE OR TWO TO FILE A COMPLAINT. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS!
