I have been relentlessly seeking a refund credit on merchandise that was rec'd by United Shades 6 weeks ago. I have had extensive email communications with Susana in their customer service/accounting department and as of yet to receive my monies.
United Shades touts "Customer Satisfaction" on their site and I have yet to receive my credit card refund.
This is the worse company I have dealt with on an on line purchase, they promise over and over again that my credit refund has been issued but my credit card has not rec'd anything.
I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company so that hopefully this issue will be taken care of. As a company that is so concerned with customer satisfaction, a customer shouldn't have to go through this whole ordeal to get their monies back especially when United Shades has had the returned merchandise in their possession for almost 6 weeks.
To those that might be skeptical of this review because there's always two sides to every story, well be reassured that I have all written communications with this company on hand and between their apologizes for this and that, and their continued excuses as to why the delay in my refund.... it's enough to make you puke! Sadly, I still do not have my money.
Don't go through what I am going through, buy your merchandise with a company that REALLY cares about customer SATISFACTION and has a telephone number! In my opinion, United Shades is not one of these companies.
I would never do business with this company again!
