Was not aware of a 25% restocking fee. Found this out after they receiving the merchandise back and they called to tell me me account would be credited in about two weeks minus the 25 dollar restocking. The mercaandise was $100. I never could track the order. They said they were shipping UPS, but I could not track on UPS or FedEx. The correct cleaner did arrive, and in a timely fashion, but the box was badly damaged, more than I could imagine in transit. It appeared to be damage sustained over time.
