When I had made my purchase, the site said I had to type in a speical code to recieve a 15% discount on my order, yet when I did this it didn't seem to work. However, after contacting customer service I was told that it had been applied. The 15% discount that was apparently applied should have been made more obvious on my final order, and I emailed them about this.

They have a great selection of contacts and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The contacts were mailed out in no time and it was very convenient to find them in my mail box a few days later as opposed to hoping to be at home when a courier knocks.

regular shipping does not always come during the expected time. Also, need more coupon offers for returning customers. Would be nice to feel like a preffered customer especially since I've been buying from Vision Direct for over three years.

There is a repeating issue with intenational shipping to Israeli postal services. 1) You can't track it, once it arrives Israel. 2) It happened in the past the it took more than a month to deliver, and another time when package didn't arrive - and vision-direct resent it successfuly (thanks for that!). I think another mail services supplier (like UBS, FEDEX and so) should be considered (even with addtional payment) in order to be able to track orders. Thanks a lot!

The website indicates that the Dr office can either fax the prescription or be sent a form to fill out. However my Dr office said that in the past they were told they cannot fax the form and that they must have the form sent to them to fill out. There is a disconnect between the instructions to consumers on the site and the instructions to the Dr offices. Otherwise my experience has always been good.

Once I worked out how to work my way through the process it was okay. Had difficulty with the payment processing - it took ages. I did not know that I could track the delivery status as I order from Australia and it would be good to know the expected delivery date. This was not clear with the ordering process or I just did not see it. Overall it worked out okay.
