On 5-20-07 (after much research) I decided to order a Sanyo PLV-Z5 projector for my home theater project. I shopped online for the best price and finally chose Visual Apex which I had found from a link on the AVS Forum. I was a little anxious since they seemed to have the best price that the customer service might be lacking. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I received a response almost immediately from Candace in customer service notifying me that my order had been received and would be shipped that afternoon. My equipment arrived promptly well packaged and in perfect condition.When I say promptly I mean in less than a week even though I had chosen the free shipping option.Their customer service people followed up with an e-mail to make sure I had received my equipment and was satisfied with the service. When I emailed back to say that I was very pleased, I received a phone call from Alice to thank me for my response. We have been enjoying the projector for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier! It's refreshing to do business with a company that clearly understands the importance of customer service. I will definitely do business with them again and have already recommended them to a couple of my friends.
