Overall it was a good experience. I did not like the way I was rerouted to fedex to find the eta of my order.

My only complaint was with Fedex. My order sat at my local office for 4 days. That office is in my city.

The product, price and ease of ordering was good. However, my order was sent to Chicago, then California then back to Chicago before coming to Wisconsin. I e-mailed Vitamaker about initiating a claim as I don't believe I should be charged for the delivery. No response yet. I realized the shipper was responsible but I needed Vitamakers support and feel very slighted by them

They have done a good, professional job. At first I was very cautious about using an internet company to purchase my supplements but now I am a repeat customer. Prices are good and service is good.
