it was nice except they did not put the grip tape on i had to put on myself now my board and griptape are messed up!

after making an order, not the merchant, not the credit card company, but someone else had to verify my credit card information and decided to decline it two times. i had to call repeatedely to get to the bottom of the problem and dealt with two people that never called me back.

We loved being able to pick all the components to assemble a custom board! What we didnt like was that when choosing the deck, we could not enlarge the image to see all the details - unfortunately, my son picked a Zero Brockman board "Life Tiles", and there are many images that are not appropriate for a 10 year old, and had we been able to see them, we would have chosen a different aboard.

My 15 year old son found your web-site and chose the deck. He and I were impressed with the quality of the deck and how quickly it arrived. The order traking was particularly impressive. I would suggest that you send promotional items for your company to my son. He has developed a skateboard club of many skaters with others wanting to join, all of whom need equipment regularly. Skating is more than a hobby to the kids in my son's club and many, includng my son, will make this their career. They travel throughout New England and would provide exposure that internet advertising cannot.

Good selections, but a lot of the things I wanted came in bulk, which made me get my secondary choice. One pair of trucks are squeeky, and one set of hardware was the wrong size, but they still work out, so I really don't have anything big to complain about. I was very pleased with the shipping speed and quality. I think those small problems could have been on my end too, so there is no harm done. Thanks for the service!

There were pictures of ramps for purchase for 40-60 dollars. They looked like you purchased teh parts to put together. All I received was a poster/instructions- no parts. I was not allowed to return them and get a refund. I could return them but there was a re-stock fee. I believe although it said in fine print "plans" that it was very misleading and since customer service would not allow me to return them without paying postage back and significant re-stock fee I would never shop with this company again. And I have a ten year old who is always butying this type of stuff

Placed an order, they waited a week to ship it although their site says they ship orders the next business day. Oh I noticed they charged my card immediately though.

When they final got around to shipping, they sent me a tracking number for a package going to a completely different state. Not my address for sure.

When I tried to clear this up, the customer service help is know where to be found. Called their number and a recording tells me all service is done on their site. Fine, tried using their site and multiple emails with no luck. No response, no skateboard and I'm out $150. What a scam. Please avoid these guys.

Horrible experience. They took my money and never delivered any of the items I ordered. Its been 7-8 days and they cannot be reached!

I placed an order on 12/18/05 and as of today (12/26/05) I have not received my order. They immediately charged my credit card $229.94 and have not responded to numerous emails and phone messages. Their on line order tracking system provides very little information and initially stated order was "in process" then went to "not committed" several days later.

Tomorrow I will be forced to dispute this charge with my credit card company and file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. What a disaster - this was a complete flop for Xmas presents for my son - never again!!
