Last year I ordered two perennial dwarf crepe myrtles to be planted in containers. At the end of fall I put them in my garage to winter over, but for some reason they didn't bloom this spring. They were both deader than a hammer. So I contacted their customer service department, (after consulting their horticulturist to make sure the plants were truly hopeless) and they cheerfully sent immediate replacements. They even apologized for my trouble! I've gotten various other plants from them in the past, and have been very pleased with all of them. It's nice to know they truly stand by their 1-year guarantee!
