I think it will be my one and only time shopping at West Marine. I ordered a GPS device, the price was terrific but when it arrived I realized why. The "NEW" gps had clearly been opened and used before getting to me. The sticker covering the SD card case inside was torn open and one cord was just thrown in the box not packaged or twisted up. The HOME setting was also already set on the GPS to somebody else's home and the US English voice had been tampered with. Their response to my email about it was a cold form letter saying I could return it. I guess I was hoping for a little bit more. The delivery speed was a little bit slow which was due to the fact that it was a great price and they had to start looking in all their stores to fill all the orders they received. I guess they just decided to fill the orders with returns. I guess overall I'm rather disappointed with West Marine. I just think they should state on the website that it is a used model and at least then I know what I'm getting and I'm cool with that.
