Awful Customer Service and Extremely Disappointed

I purchased a bottle of Kammer Williams Pear In The Bottle Brandy from them on 5/18/07, received a confirmation email and they charged my credit card the same day. Here is the information from the confirmation email:

You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number(s) in the next few days to confirm shipment of your order.
We will contact you if your product(s) are back-ordered or out of stock once your order has been processed.
It can take 2 - 5 business days to process the order.

I email them on 5/21/07 requesting information on my order since I had not heard from them since receiving the confirmation email. Then on 5/22/07 they sent me an email stating:

Thank you for shopping at www.winechateau.com. This email is to confirm your order number 8320070518140820 has been cancelled. This order will no longer be accessible in your Order History on your My Account page.

I checked my credit card on 5/23/07 and the charge was still there! I am very disappointed and unhappy with this business. I never heard from their customer service department either. I can not believe that they would not call me or reply to my email. All I ever received from them were computer generated emails!
