I make between 200 and 300 internet purchases per year valued at approximately $75,000. The experience with this merchant was absolutely and positively the worse of my lifetime. Unbelievably bad!!!

The wine did not get delivered. I suspected that it was probably delivered to the wrong address so I attempted to contact the Wine Chateau and see if they could put a tracer on the package. I called the merchant two times and had to leave voice mails that were not answered. I emailed them three times and received no replies. Finally after the package was over two weeks overdue I received a call from someone reporting that the package had been delivered to their address.
Even after a follow up email to Wine Chateau letting them know that I had finally recieved the package and to let them know that I was very disappointed with their lack of customer service they have never attempted to contacted me. Basically their customer service is non existant. In addition, I ordered 12 bottles and only received eight. I was correctly charged for the eight, but they made no attempt to contact me and let me know that I would receive a partial shipment. I purchase quite a bit over the internet and this is the first time I've ever been treated like this. I would definately not purchase anything from them again.

I placed an order on 12/11 hoping I would receive the
items in time to give as Christmas gifts. I received
an email saying that the order was shipped on 12/18
with a Fed Ex tracking number. However, when I clicked
on the link with Fed Ex they had no such package.
I sent two emails to the customer service dept. asking
the status of my order. I never received a response. I
also called their 800 number and no one was available
to take the call. Finally, on 12/27 I had not heard
from them and Fed Ex still had no such order in their
system I sent them an email to cancel the order. I
asked them to respond and I have still received no
answer.
Today, on 1/3 I clicked on the Fed Ex link again and
now it says that the order was picked up by Fed Ex on
12/29 and is in route. Two days after I emailed
cancelling the order!
When I finally spoke with a woman named Felicia on the
phone today, she claimed that the order had been
shipped on 12/18 and that it wasn't their problem if
Fed Ex did nothing with it until 12/29. She was
extremely rude and took no responsibility for making
the customer happy.
This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

Response time to e-mails was slow or ignored completely. Notification about your order contents was misleading. More than half of the wines ordered were no longer available and merchant left you hanging, thinking you were going to receive these. More than 2 weeks lapsed, and I was the one who continually had to contact them. Warehouse workers answered phone, sounded like they were sleeping.

I placed an order on December 17 and have not yet received the order or an explanation of why it has not been received. I have contacted them several times and the "Online Chat" says that the order should be shipped in a few days. As of today, it still have not been shipped. Will never order from this company again!!!

I sent a personal email to the owner and marketing manager, but even that did not get a response.
The wine I ordered was difficult to obtain to be certain but the service regarding the process was horrible.
