I have a very difficult window in my new home and for months I had struggled over what to do with this arched window. I looked at several on line window covering sites and I found the solution at Your Blinds. What I had thought would be a very difficult task to order was in fact quite simple. I had expected to pay a lot of money for the arch and found the cost to be a fraction of what I had expected to pay. The web site was extremely easy to navigate. My only problem was that I could not really tell the difference in the white colors from colors as they posted on the web site. All the white colors seemed to be the same. Upon contacting customer a service representative with my dilemma, I found that they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They assisted me with ordering the free swatches so that I could select the perfect color for my new blinds. They also explained the measuring process for my arch and blinds. When it was time to order the blinds I found ordering on the web site to be very simple. I will surely be a customer of Your Blinds for the rest of my window covering needs.
