With an easy to navigate website, excellent clearance section, and regular sales, specials, coupons, and shipping deals, Zales.com meets the expectations of an ideal jewelry website. I signed up for their e-mail advertisements so I would get the latest scoop on Zales.com specials. One day I got an e-mail about the clearance section and the deals were so good I gave in a purchased a diamond necklace. Checking out was easy, using the coupon code went as planned, the shipping was accurate and timely, and the necklace was just as stunning in person as online. Overall it was a great buying experience.

More importantly Zales is close to my heart since my engagement ring and wedding band were purchased from this store. Granted it was a physical outlet store, but same great brand. They were the only place that had exactly the rings I was looking for at a reasonable price. Plus, the staff was always helpful and friendly, especially this one guy Michael. My husband and I (then boyfriend) looked at rings trying to decide what I wanted for an engagement ring. We came back again a month later and he remembered us! Talk about personal service!

However, Zales men’s selection is limited. I ended up purchasing my husband’s wedding band from a different online jewelry store.
