From the time I first found and tried Zappos.com I have been extremely happy with their shipping and return policy. The couple of times I needed to speak with a live human, there was someone on the other end of the phone who helped me right from the start through to the end and they have always been courteous and found the information I needed. Returns are a great process and as I and my sister have well time battered feet, on occasion we have to return shoes. Regretfully, there are just some shoes not made for our poor old feet, so Zappos is ideal for us who have no spare time to trek to a store (or a host of stores) to try to find anything that fits comfortably. Yeah Zappos!!! You make it easy and afforadable for people to find something to wear and your prices are many times better then the store price, and with the added bonus of your free return shipping, we can feel confident knowing that you have a timely refund of money too. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to shop!

I have purchased shoes and other items from Zappos.com, and have had a very pleasent experiance with all my online shopping at zappos.com. When you call them about anything pertaining to a purchase or return they are very professional and very helpful and they explaine what you need to do. JOB WELL DONE ZAPPOS.

Great service and good selection although many of the products & sizes were out of stock....Mainly though I found the items to be 20% more expensive than the mall!!! Not a great bargain...

It was good. I have to return a pair of shoes that are too small, so I really appreciate the ability to make the exchange up to a year later. Thias actually works with my schedule.

Wasted alot of time looking for right shoe only to find that it did not come in a wide width. Comments by others helped me find right shoe & were very valuable. Almost gave up & left site due to time it took to see if preferred shoe came in my width or was suitable for orthotic inserts.

The 1st pair was defective, as well as the replacement pair which was supposed to be checked in the warehouse before shipment. Same defect on both pairs of shoes.

I was amazed at how quickly my order was received. I need to return part of my order so I don't know how that will be but the enclosed instructions seem to be very straight forward. Website at Zappo's is awesome. Variety of goods is outstanding. The reviews by other shoppers of same product is invaluable in reaching a shopping conclusion. It's the inclusion of reviews, good and bad, that makes Zappo's stand out from the pack. Oh..and the shipping speed is spectacular! Immediate gratification!

I love shopping on Zappos.com, and am now a VIP member. my only complaint is that I did not receive either an email with my order confirmation once it was shipped or an email from the shipper (UPS?) to allow me to track my package, so I did not know when I would receive it. However, i called customer service, and they were very helpful in locating my package

Quickly and easily found the shoes I was looking for. Placing the order was simple and easy. I was actually surprised when the shoes arrived, because I had not expected them to arrive quite so quickly. As to quality of the shoes, Clarks are...well...Clarks. :-)

The only strange thing that happened was one of the shoes I received had a pair of ladies underwear stuffed in the toe of the shoes...You might want to pass that onto Zappos. I have sent both pairs of shoes back as they did not fit (and left the underwear in the toe of the one).

I HAVE TO RETURN THE DRESS TODAY, BECAUSE THE SISE WAS TOO SMALL FOR ME, But as soon you return my money I am going to shop another dress.
