I have already referred friends to Zappo's. The service was the best I've ever received. I placed my order for cowboy boots on Monday and they were delivered to my door on Wednesday - even though I live in Hawaii. The boots are beautiful and exactly as pictured. Best of all, there was no "fine print" anywhere excluding Hawaii from Zappos free shipping offer. I'm definitely a Zappos fan!!

I was able to choose shoes from a large selection of styles and manufacturers. Ordering was easy. My package arrived quickly. I ordered two pairs to compare widths in my shoe size; neither pair was comfortable. The return process was easy to follow, although printing the return shipping label was NOT easy (my computer wouldn't print from the web site). The shoes have been sent back to Zappos but I do not know if they have been received or if my account has been credited at this time. Free shipping and a liberal (and free) return policy are the primary reasons I shopped at Zappos.

I have made 3 purchases from Zappos.com in the last two months and am extremely impressed with the service and how fast my products were delivered. Before making my first purchase I called them from New Zealand to check I could use an international credit card. The customer service representative was cheerful, polite and helped me with enquiry confidently. My overall experience was first class!

I only purchase my shoes through Zappos now (due to the great selection). However it becomes quite costly because of the high prices. I like the 6pm website for their daily sales but I noticed that they have limited quanitity and/or sizes available.

Zappos is THE most incredible business I have ever dealt with in my life. They are accommodating, polite, quick, well informed, and the free deliver and return convinced me to shop for footwear no where else! I did buy a pair of $160.00 shoes at a place called YOOX or something like that and did not realize I had only 20 days to return them for a refund. When I tried to exchange them for a larger size, they told me that they DO NOT DO RETURNS. Sounds impossible, but true. I now am stuck with the shoes which have never been worn. YOOX will NEVER hear from me again and ZAPPOS is my most favorite place to shop. Hooray for Zappos! Thanks, Trish Stewart

Unfortunately I had to return the handbag, it was not large enough to hold everything I have to carry with me due to an illness. I am continuing to look for the right Fossil bag in your inventory. The shipping from Zappos was extraordinary! I received a pair of shoes for my husband the day after I ordered them! Unfortunately, they didn't fit but the return was easy and the new order arrived in 2 days! All orders that were returned were credited to my account and a follow-up e-mail was sent. This company knows how to give customer service! ( Do you think Zappos would consider running Health care?)

Excellent selection... clean, clear cut, easy to shop site... absolutely excellent customer service. However, my first order was unable to go through because of a server error, causing me to call in to complete the order, and when doing so the customer service agent forgot to put VIP status on my order. I had to wait over a week to receive my order despite being VIP. This was no hassle at all, merely unexpected. Compared to the rest of my experience, this minor disappoint was exactly that, minor. I love this site and will continue to shop it and tell others. :)

Better than I ever would have expected. As someone who once worked in customer service, and with a keen eye for great service, I rarely encounter good service anymore. Zappos offers the kind of service retailers used to provide customers in this country, like what I once read about in the book The Nordstrom Way. It's been quite a refreshing experience. Not even the "customer is always right" originator LL Bean offers free shipping to the customer and for return if necessary.

This is a GREAT company. All the shoes are available here that I see in the catalogs (which for some bizarre reason are NOT available in their respective stores, I am told) I love the variety, I love the free shipping, and I am amazed at the speed which all my orders have been prossed.

I like the site and it is one of the best ones out there but there needs to be more limiters. For example, you can limit shoes by $200 and above which returns soooo many results. While I am okay with spending above 200 I am not okay with above 300. You should be able to select a range, i.e. 200-300. Also, I would like to see more measurements. Maybe add a ruler to the additional views photos so that we can tell if something is likely to fit or not. In addition carry more wide shoes and change the search so that you can select "wide" which would return all wide sizes rather than B or some specific size.
