Excellent service! I received my order next day air,free of charge, when my original order was for regular ground shipping. That was a nice surprise! I also watched the Zappos video from youtube about how they treat their employees in the workplace and their excellent benefits. Great job! TO: Zappos.com Got tights and they work as advertised. They came in time to try in 5K race, and worked wonderfully; ran good time on a difficult hilly x-country course, 70-year old runner did 24:35 (best time 20:25 on flat road course). Legs felt great, no muscle or tendon soreness after flying downhills at suicidal speeds! (The Mizuno wave-rider shoes with arch inserts helped!) A great shopping experience. When I received my boots, they were a perfect fit, but were both scratched. One call to Zappos, and they sent me another pair for a straight exchange.
