I would choose another company to do business with!
Fine if the item you order is in stock. Ask first!
Fine if you don't need to return or exchange anything.
Make very sure that you order exactly what you need, otherwise, heed what these reviews say and BEWARE!
The initial order was placed and delivered without a glitch. The problems began when I realized that I needed to return/exchange one item.
The customer service phone rings forever. Hold times are extremely long. They DO NOT price match identical items with other on-line retailers as they claim. They require you to use UPS or FEDEX tracking to ship your return - $20.00 for one small part. The warehouse I was required to ship to is on the opposite coast of the USA.
If your order was shipped free, that cost will also be charged against the return/credit amount. A 15% re-stocking fee is charged. The only way to recover any money is to "exchange" your return for a more expensive item. Oh, by the way, you pay for the exchange item immediately, then you wait for your return to be shipped, delivered and processed by the return warehouse.
It has been over 30 days since my return was delivered. I confirmed that my return was received by the warehouse. I was assured that I would see the credit to my account within 3 days of my call. Ten days later, I am still waiting for that credit.
