I will not shop at Etronics again. To begin with, the website would not let me into my account and kept saying my email did not exist and I created an account twice. The phone automation service to check on my order did not work either and I was using the order # they gave.

Customer service was clueless on when I would receive my order and could not explain why I didn't get a tracking # after ordering. I spoke with customer service several days in a row because I ordered multiple products. Even though they listed the product "in stock" it was actually supposedly on backorder. I paid extra to have it in three days so I sould have it in time to be used for an event (it was a speaker).

I was told the speaker was on backorder (I was not contacted about that). Then I was told I would receive it by Friday. On Wednesday I called and was told it was shipped that day. A complete and utter lie!!! It did not ship until Friday - I got a tracking # on that day (the day I was told by two different representatives it would come). I recieved it on the Wednesday of the next week!! This was almost two weeks after ordering it and paying a lot extra for 3 day delivery.

Do not believe it will be shipped as listed on the website "in 24-48 hours" It probably won't. The price was good on the speaker itself, but the lies about when it will come are not worth your time especially if you need it soon.
