Etronics has a large selecton. I found their ordering process to be simple. And the product arrived very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered 2 different items, and 2 of each item. I got a shipping confirmation and a tracking #. It showed up on time, and the packing list showed the order was shipped complete. Only problem was I received one of the four items I ordered.
I informed them what happeded and supposedly they corrected the problem. A few days later I got one more item. Five days later I got confirmation for one more package. I am hoping it has the other 2 items, and not just one of them.
There was too much follow up on my part, I would rather the order show up in 2 weeks, dont think thats too much to ask. I'm going on week three.

Ordering was fast and easy; the web pages are well made so that it's easy to find what you need.

I ordered from Etronics because their price was good, and they had quick links to the accessories I needed to install my new truck radio/CD player: no pain, no strain!

They kept me well informed of in-stock and shipping status (lightening-fast shipping). To top it all off, Etronics uses DHL, the best and least expensive carrier!

I bought a Motorola Razr V3 phone from Etronics. Apparently, they get their merchandise from the United Arab Emirates. This merchandise is not supported by Motorola in the USA. When the phone stopped working I sent it to Motorola in Indiana and was told that Motorola USA does not support this phone. Motorola suggested that I seek a remedy with the retailer (Etronics). Etronics at first said that they would email to me information on how I can return the phone to them for repair. That email never came. When I called Etronics back the customer service rep said that I was lying about their offer to repair the phone and that Motorola was lying about not supporting the phone. Etronics refused to provide any remedy so I'm stuck with a non-working phone from the UAE. Beware of buying any bargains from this company lest you get stuck too. Apparently their prices seem low because their merchandise is of questionable quality or unsupportable in this country. Also, if you want to be called a liar then by all means buy the inferior merchandise offered by Etronics and then deal with their service department.

I received the order very quick. The price was great or so I thought. My phones primary language was chinese. So, when I went a tex message to my family it did not go through correctly. I check with my service provider and it was the phone. I would NOT recommend Etronics to anyone.

I had a really pleasant and hassle-free transaction with Etronics. com and overall very good email exchanges and communication. The item shipped the next day and it was delivered expeditiously (1 week that is), which is a record considering that ours is an APO (military) address and we are physically located in the UK. The item ordered, Braun Silk Epil X'elle Body System 5270 is a high quality product, and it is as described. I am hugely pleased with the ease and results of this product, it is by far the best epilator I have had so far. I would definitely encourage anybody, 'beginners' or women who epilate regularly to go for it. The item was very well-packaged and it arrived intact to destination. Overall I had a great experience shopping at Etronics.com, it's been a real pleasure to do business with them and I highly recommend their business to anyone. Etronics service was quick and easily tracked. The shipment arrived on time and in pristine packaging. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Unfortunately, one of the Jabra headsets I ordered (in retail packaging) needed to be sent back after a couple of weeks of use for a dead battery. In contacting Jabra about the BT500v, they asked if the headset was used and explained that the only authorized US retailer of this particular model is Verizon Wireless. Odd.

Etronics were very good at processing my credit card. That was the ONLY thing they did right. The goods did not arrive as promised, due to a beef between Etronics and DHL (their courier). They claimed that DHL had "lost" the package.In fact, DHL was holding the package due to some sort of conflict. Etronics could not be reached by telephone about the matter, and they took a week off for a holiday during the fiasco. They did, eventually send the product, after I contacted my credit card company,but their attitude was so bad that I will not buy from them again.

Great price, easy ordering, item shipped immediately. This is how online shopping should be. Only trouble I had in the process was that they used DHL ground, and DHL was unable to find my house. This is obviously not the fault of Etronics, and I would order from them again in a heartbeat, but it did mean I got my item later and with a bit more trouble than I would have if Etronics had used UPS (which already has my street mapped) or the USPS. Hence, I rated Etronics "Right On Time," because they shipped right on time, though I actually received the package a few days late.

Dealing with etronics was good compared to many other merchants. I do a lot of online ordering and a lot of times they just don't get the order right, but etronics handled it and my package came right away.

Awful, straight out rude. After placing an online order a man callnig himself a "DJ" called to tell me that I'm a retard, and that I need their battery, and a memory card. After I refused to give him my credit card number he said that I should cancel the order since I'm so poor and can't afford a $1300 camera. Oh I really took my business elsewhere!!

I ordered on Wednesday with 2 day shipping. Despite the fact that I got an email stating the shipping department had my order Thursday morning, they waited till Friday to ship it. Monday was a holiday, so I didn't get it will Tuesday. I called and asked them to refund the money for my 2 day shipping and they wouldn't. They were rude about it.
Don't order from this company if you want any sort of express/priority shipping because it won't go out the next day.
