I have consistently have very good experiences with EPIC. I had orderd a product not too long ago but they would npt ship it with the rest of my order because the experiation date was a very short time away. They advised me that the product would be coming and when it did, they sent an extra bottle for my "trouble". I wish every company that I deal with whether it be brick and morter or over the Internet would be as nice to deal with as this company. I just wish they made more products that I use.

High quality products; excellent customer service whether ordering by phone or e-mail.
