I ordered three appliances at eppliances.net. Their shipping schedule is not reliable. Washer and dryer were scheduled. The scheduled time was confirmed and we were waiting for our new appliances. However, only the dryer was arrived. The washer was re-scheduled to deliver three days later. Again it was not arrived. We went out on Saturday morning. Suddenly, we got a call from them, and told us the washer was waiting in front of our house without any notice in advance. We have to change our weekend plan and drive home for the washer.
The refrigerator was arrived with some damage. We refuse to accept the damage refrigerator. We asked for the refund, they told us that they will send us an email. Two days have been passed, but no message about our refund. We try to call their service number more than 30 times during the normal business hour. There is only one time answered, he said that "could you hold on for one second?" I was waiting for more than 15 minutes without hearing any of his response. I have to hang off and call them again and again, but no one answered. Leaved a message, but they did not call me back.
Can you image to live a house without a refrigerator for more than two weeks? I have two kids, but I can not provide fresh food for them because of no refrigerator. I am still waiting for their response for refund the refrigerator.
