This was my second purchase from etrailer.com. After my very satisfactory first purchase, I was pleased to find their price extremely competitive had did not hesitate in placing a second order. Their service is prompt, they called to check on and correct an error I had made in my order before shipping . The order arrived promptly and extremely well packed to protect the contents.

Very plesent. The receiver went on easily. My only suggestion is that you handle a wiring harness that plugs in. The Prius wiring is critical because of the complicated electronics that are in a hybred.

Shopping was easy and quick. I only received a partial shipment of my total order. I had to make a couple of phone calls to get the rest of my order found and shipped, ( It was finally located in the etrailer warehouse). It took twice as long to receive the major portion of my order, delaying my installation of the base plate.
