I found Fumfie while price comparing for a Sony hard drive camcorder. Their prices were VERY competitive. I checked some of the customer forums and decided to order through Fumfie. The salesman, Jeff, did a fine job explaining the items. He did try to sell me some things I wasn't interested in but was very courteous when I refused. I was interested in one of the packages before I called so there was no hard sell but he did discount it! I placed the order on a Saturday and it arrived the following Tuesday! There were a couple smaller items missing. I called Jeff and he sent them right out. They arrived a few days later. I will be shopping at Fumfie again!

Purchased my camcorder at a very fair price with expedient shipping, and experienced great customer service when it came to some confusion with a couple of the accessories. Just wish they included a little more detail about the accessories on their website, but again... the customer service and sales folks at Fumfie were easy to get in touch with and were very pleasant and accomodating.

End experience was positive and the product bought (VixiaHF200) and accessories were what I ordered and delivered in good shape.  2 things to improve: making sure we get prompt e-mail confirming order and also if we chose a select "faster" delivery that we actually get what we paid for.  I paid for 3-5 days delivery and had the product delivered by UPS Ground 16 days later...

Absolutely perfect transaction. I ordered by phone to expedite the process. The sales person did offer some add-ons and I did elect a 3 year extended warranty on the Nikon D5000 / 18-55mm lens kit. Service was unbelievably fast!! I ordered Monday evening and I received my order Wednesday afternoon!! in perfect condition! There was no order confirmation or order tracking though, I had to email sales to confirm my order and they said they will ship it in a day. Except tracking, not other complaints!!

Overall, I had a very good experience shopping at Fumfie.com. Their website was very user-friendly and the prices were very competitive. The website offered additional incentives if I phoned in my order. I elected to do so and received a great deal on a spare battery and 5-year extended warrantee. On the night I phoned in my order, Fumfie was extremely busy, and I needed to leave a message to call me back. They did so promptly, and their representative was polite and helpful. I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation of my order within a few days, so I e-mailed their customer service center and received a copy of my invoice within one business day. The order was already on its way, however, and I recived it just 2 days later, less than 1 week after the original order was placed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Fumfie, and I will recommend them to anyone I know who is considering buying a new camera!

I placed my order for Canon Vixia HF20 on 11/28. I got my Camcorder on 12/03. I had to follow to up to confirm my Order, which I find is perfectly okay for me. All my fears after googling on this Site (which I did, after placing the order)turned out to be false. I am extremely happy with the Customer Service, which I would rate as excellent. You dont get to talk to a human within a minute of your call, nowadays. Yes I will always go with fumfie for my camera needs and I will recommend my friends to shop here.

First I was hesitant because I never used Fumfie.com before. After I order on-line, there was an immediate phone from them to verify my orders and also to recommend a few products that will be beneficial to my use of the Canon I purchased. The sales person was very accommodating. I also did not expect my order to come too soon. Delivery was supposed to be 7-10 days. Came in 3 days. I began researching for a high end camcorder and was ultimately led to the Fumfie.com website. After comparing it to other websites, I felt that it offered the best value for the money. I was still apprehensive however, since the deal offered by Fumfie seemed "too good to be true". I decided to call their number and speak directly to a salesperson. I found him to be extremely helpful and  knowledgeable. He suggested some accessories that were not included in the kit in which I was interested but did not pressure me in any way. I received my camcorder and accessories  in the time frame I chose. I fully intend to purchase any future electronics from Fumfie.

I was very satisfied with how I was handled on the phone. The people seemed to be very knowledgeable. About four days after the order was placed by phone, they called to say they had shipped the wrong camera and would ship the correct camera ASAP which extended the delivery time, but was handled with dispatch. The promised additions did not come with the camera, but I was told they would come with the completion of this survey. I would definitely do business with this company again.
