The only problem I had was that I received the tracking information 2 hours before it arrived. When ordering online, I like to be able to track my purchases from start to finish. If they fix this issue then I would have been 100% satisfied with the purchase process. The product itself was in new condition but the box had been scotch taped along the seams.

Used this store because I was shopping through the Thank You Network, and this store was giving 6 points for every dollar spent. Ordering was easy, but before I even confirmed my purchase, there were 3 surveys sitting on top of the order page. I did not receive any confirmation that my purchase was netting me 6 points per dollar spent for ordering through the Thank You Network. I can only hope that I get all my points but I have no way to confirm this.

You sent this survey less than 12 hours after I submitted my order, so the merchant has not had a chance to process that order. The reason I say the merchant is unacceptable to me is that the confirmation notice I got from them said, for the first time, that it would take "3 to 8 business days" for them to process that order. That's silly.

I was very pleased with the scales.  They arrived in a very short time and was just as described on the website.  The price was very good too.  This was my first order from Unbeatable Sales but I plan to order again in the near future.  I even passed the word to my daughter about the company also.  Thank you for an excellent product.  These scales are great because the weight amount is greater than most scales.  I am a big person and the other scales I have purchased won't weigh me.  I like the design, it's very modern and fits in my new bathroom perfectly.  Thanks again for offering a great product.

I ordered a rather large beanbag, and shipping to Hawaii at a reasonable cost is hard to find, if any. On other sites, shipping was either non-exisitant or over $50. To my surprice, Unbeatable Sale, Inc. had the beanbag I wanted at a lower price (including shipping!) than other websites. I received my beanbag before the estimated time of arrival. I am extremely happy with this website and would order again!

Return policy is sub-par. We are not allowed to return items without an RA (whatever that is). I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails over the last 3 days in an attempt to obtain this RA so that I may return my item within the 30-day timeframe. I have only been able to leave messages and none of my calls/emails have been returned.

I only ordered one item, a surgical stocking donning appliance, so order accuracy isn't an issue.  However I can state that the order was delivered in a timely manner.  I have ordered once or twice before and had no problems with Unbeatable Sale.com and would order from them again or recommend them as a site to shop.

I was very happy with my shopping experience. I was looking for a new hair dryer and found one at a good price on this site. My mom was visiting and had bought a new hair dryer so she helped me find one that was similar. She narrowed it down to two sites and one of them was unbeatable sales. She recommended going with this site even though neither of us had ever used it. They had what I wanted at a good price so I decided to try it out. I accidentally entered the wrong billing address for my credit card and I received an email from customer service th next day about it. I sent the correct information and they updated it right away and shipped my order that week. I appreciated the confirmation shipment email and tracking number. I was very happy to get the box with my new hair dryer and got to use it the very next day. Was very happy with my experience and would use them again.

Everything went absolutely perfectly! This was an order through an airlines "mall" site and i had some doubts about the process but it went well; the order was delivered extremely promptly. Fortunely, I don't need to report on customer service because it was not needed. Overall , an order doesn't get any better!

I found just what I was looking for (an extra-large double flap dog door) and at a very good price.  There were very few I could even find online and the other ones were much more expensive. I had not ordered from unbeatablesale before but had seen some good reviews. At first I tried shopping at another site for the knives set, which cost me about $70. Over two months later, I didn't get my order and all of their contact information they offered wasn't efficient. I never received my order and couldn't get money back either. So I stumbled across UnbeatableSale and easily found the same knives set for a MUCH cheaper price in comparison to other competitors that I thought I would get ripped off. But I got my order in three days. All of the knives are in great condition and are well-sharpened. Now I know why it's called UnbeatableSale. I'm very happy with my experience here and will definitely come back the next time I need to do some online shopping.
